Getting There
Attendees are responsible for their own travel and transportation arrangements to and from the airport. DigitalGlobe will cover transporation during the conference.
Note the Following:
- The easiest way to get to the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is via shuttle. See information below to make a shuttle reservation.
- If you are renting a car, please note that it's a 2-3 hour drive from the Denver International Airport. See information below about what type of car to rent if you will be driving.
Airport Information
The closest International airport is the Denver International Airport (DIA). There is also a smaller airport (Vail/Beaver Creek Jet Center (Eagle) that is closer to the Park Hyatt, however, for International flights you would have to make a connection in Denver.
DIA to Park Hyatt: 115 miles *** 2.5 hour drive ***
Eagle Airport to Park Hyatt: 25 miles
Shuttle

Colorado Mountain Express from Denver International Airport
A check-in counter is located in the main terminal baggage claim area, level 5. Look for white vans with the name 'Colorado Mountain Express' on the side. Rate is $75.60 per person*, one way, plus gratuity. Please say you are with DigitalGlobe when you book this.

Colorado Mountain Express from Vail/Beaver Creek Jet Center (Eagle)
This is a very small airport. Look for white vans with the name 'Colorado Mountain Express' on the side. Rate is $45 per person, one way, plus gratuity. Please say you are with DigitalGlobe when you book this.

Car Rentals/Parking
You are responsible for your own car rentals. Parking cost is $20.00 per night. *** If you are renting a car, make sure you ask the reservation specialist for a car that is good for mountain driving ***
Directions
From Denver International Airport
Exit the airport on Pena Boulevard and go 10 miles to Interstate 70. Enter I-70 westbound and go approximately 110 miles to Avon (Exit #167); turn left (back under Interstate) and go through the town of Avon; enter the resort at the fifth roundabout; the guard on duty at the security booth can provide maps/directions to resort.
From Vail/Beaver Creek Jet Center (Eagle)
Follow Interstate 70 eastbound approximately 25 miles to Avon (Exit #167); turn right and go through the town of Avon; enter the resort at the fifth roundabout; the guard on duty at the security booth can provide maps/directions to resort.
